- FLEXIBLE SPRING GUIDES: Hold blades at the ideal angle during sharpening, creating longer-lasting, arch-shaped edges along the full blade length. Safety guide tracks protect blade surfaces from scratches.
- USER-FRIENDLY DESIGN: Simple on/off switch operation with approximately 30-second initial sharpening time and 10-second resharpening. Requires 4-8 seconds for metal knives and 6-10 seconds for ceramic knives.
