- V1 CLASSIC LINE (STARTER SET) – Our Börner V1 Vegetable Slicer is the classic among V-slicers. The V1 is an adjustable kitchen slicer featuring a stainless steel V-blade. With the V1 Slicer Starter Set, you can easily and quickly cut fruits & vegetables into slices with 3 different thickness settings, thick and thin julienne strips, or 2 types of dices: fine & coarse; a total of 5 options.
- SAFE & EASY TO USE – The set includes a safety food holder. The food holder serves as a finger guard and protects your fingers from the sharp blades. Additionally, fruits & vegetables can be completely processed until the end. Your fingers are safe from any injuries with our Börner V1 Classic Line Starter Vegetable Slicer Set.
- SLICER SET FOR DICES, STRIPS & SLICES – With this slicer mandoline, you can easily cut fruits and vegetables such as carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, radishes, lettuce, cabbage, and much more into slices, strips, or dices. To make dices, you need to pre-cut the vegetables crosswise. The vegetable slicer is also ideal for professional use in the catering industry. Perfect as a julienne slicer, dicer, or cucumber slicer.
- EASY CLEANING – Simply rinse the V-slicer under running cold or warm water. Keep the insert in the V-frame while cleaning. Be careful not to touch the blade. Also, rinse the food holder under running water. The mandoline slicer can also be hand rinsed.
