About This
- STOVE CHECK: ROUND BOTTOM WOK – Designed for gas wok burners or gas ranges with a concave wok grate. For standard gas stoves with flat or cross-shaped grates, use a separate wok ring to keep the wok stable. Not for induction, electric, ceramic, or glass flat-top stoves. Wok ring is NOT included.
- BUILT FOR HIGH-HEAT WOK HEI – The round-bottom shape concentrates open flame at the base for fast searing, tossing and stir-frying. Ideal for users who want a traditional Chinese wok experience on a proper gas wok setup.
- NITRIDED IRON, NO CHEMICAL COATING – High-temperature nitriding helps create a harder, more rust-resistant cooking surface than untreated iron. This is not a Teflon-coated nonstick pan; season with thin oil to build a natural patina over time.
- HEAVY-DUTY 14.2 INCH SIZE – 36 cm large wok, about 4 lb, 5.9 qt capacity; suitable for 3–6 people and larger batches. Use two hands or the helper handle for steadier tossing and carrying.
- WHAT'S INCLUDED & CARE – Includes 1 round-bottom wok, 1 metal ladle, 1 cleaning brush and 1 steel wool scrubber. Lid and wok ring are not included. Hand wash, dry thoroughly, and apply a thin layer of oil after each use.
