- Hand-crafted full tang knives forged from tight-grained, X50CrMoV15 German Steel for incredible durability, stain resistance, and exceptional edge retention. Each blade goes through an (ultra6) stage heat treatment ensuring every blade maintains its strength and function. Hand sharpened to a 16-degree angle per side. HRC 58 +/- 2 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale.
- These patented design knives focus on an ergonomic handle that provides an easy and comfortable grip. A well-balanced and comfortable handle works tastefully with the signature single mosaic rivet.
- A vegetable cleaver is great for push cuts, slicing and dicing vegetables, mincing herbs, and cutting fruit or cheese. A meat cleaver is a versatile tool that will allow you to tenderize, mince, slice, and even scale any meat you have in your kitchen.
- NSF International Certified. Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects. Wash knives with warm water and a little detergent, rinse carefully, and dry with a towel.
