- BLUE CARBON STEEL FRY PAN - Superior quality, professional performance at an exceptional value. Oven safe with a welded French curve handle. Sear steaks, seafood, and chicken, sauté veggies, or fix an omelette; you will reach for this pan every time.
- HOW TO SEASON: Handwash with hot soapy water to remove the beeswax, dry thoroughly. Gradually heat to med-hi and apply a thin layer of a high smoke point oil on all sides. Heat for 10 mins or until smoky. Cool, drain oil & reheat for 2 mins.
- NATURALLY NON-STICK - Lighter, more heat responsive than cast iron & better adapted to high heat than stainless steel. Naturally non-stick after seasoning, this pan is made from a naturally non-stick material without any artificial coatings.
- UNIQUE BLUE FINISH - Achieved through a heat treatment process, the blue finish provides initial corrosion resistance and aids seasoning. Natural color variations are inherent to this process and are not a defect.
