- Adjustable Mandoline Slicer: We designed three kinds of thickness slicing blades-3mm, 6mm and 9mm; two julienne settings-4.5mm and 9mm. With built-in rotating adjustable blade, if need to adjust thickness or change cutting options, just adjust knob, no need to touch the blade.
