- Naturally rust-proof 7CR17MOV stainless steel blade, titanium-coated for added strength. Rated at 58+ Rockwell Hardness, so it keeps an edge for longer. Painstakingly hand-sharpened to 16-18° per side by expert craftsmen using Dalstrong’s unique “Diamond” honbazuke method.
- Two incredibly durable, heat resistant plastics are contoured into this super comfortable, ergonomic, textured handle. It feels rough like shark skin, clinging to your palm even when wet. A deep index finger “choil” divot means your grip will never falter.
