About This
- The 130 mm tomato knife from the Manhattan series is a versatile, lightweight and very resistant utensil. It has a serrated edge to achieve perfect tomato slices, without losing the original freshness and texture of the food.
- PROFESSIONAL QUALITY: This tomato knife has been made of NITRUM stainless steel through a patented technique by ARCOS, which gives it greater hardness, cutting power and improved edge durability. It has a stainless steel pinned bolster that prevents corrosion from being a problem for your knives.
- ERGONOMIC HANDLE: Made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), has high resistance to detergents and very high temperatures. In addition, it has a Silver system, which acts as a powerful inhibitor. This way, the knife handle has the necessary agents to protect the plastic from the appearance of stains and odors.
