About This
- The Arcos Manhattan 170 mm series kitchen knife is specially designed to fillet fish with high precision, separating it well from the bone. This sole knife is a very useful tool for filleting this type of fish, separating it from the bone with a high level of precision.
- PROFESSIONAL QUALITY: This chef knife has been made of NITRUM stainless steel through a patented technique by ARCOS, which gives it greater hardness, cutting power and improved edge durability. It has a stainless steel pinned bolster that prevents corrosion from being a problem for your knives.
- ERGONOMIC HANDLE: Made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), has high resistance to detergents and very high temperatures. In addition, it has a Silver system, which acts as a powerful inhibitor. This way, the knife handle has the necessary agents to protect the plastic from the appearance of stains and odors.
