About This
- Bron Coucke Stainless Steel Classic Chef'S Mandoline (Model #20638Chb) Includes a pusher for safe operation
- Durable Blades: An interchangeable, two-sided 38 cut blade set is included on this mandoline. One side aligns to provide a 3 millimeter cut, and the other side aligns to provide a 10 millimeter cut so you can accommodate whatever recipe you're making. Made out of special, hard stainless steel, these blades provide razor sharp, precise cuts. You'll be able to slice anything from potatoes, to onions, to lemons and limes with ease!
- Keeps Fingers Safe: This guard will help to keep your fingers away from the blades as you slice, so you don't have to worry about getting nicked or cut. Its stainless steel construction also makes it extremely sturdy and durable. Table edge support also ensures stability and security while you're using your Bron Coucke professional mandoline.
- To set up your new mandoline for use - Turn mandoline upside down exposing leg assembly (4). Unfold leg assembly by grasping both cross bars of leg assembly and pulling upwards to form a "z" shape with the mandoline body. (Be careful with the sharp exposed blades.) -Insert free end of leg assembly to fit snugly against top lip. (Flip adjustment lever (8) towards cutting blades if necessary to allow room for leg assembly.) Turn mandoline over resting rubber feet on table.
- Make desired adjustment and you are ready to go. Use guard (Fig. 3) with upper blade only. Be sure waffle blade (3) is fully lowered when using upper blade (2) to avoid damage to lower blade.
